My artwork is very important to me and I take great care to make sure that I represent it accurately. I encourage you to view the painting you are considering on your computer, tablet, or phone, with the brightness turned up. While all monitors show color a bit differently, I have done my best to represent my work as close to true color as possible.

All artwork is ready to ship within 7-10 business days and is packaged with utmost care. I use several layers of protective wrapping to ensure its safety as it travels to you.

Please note that all sales are final.

I handle refunds due to damaged products on a case by case basis. If your package looks excessively damaged when you receive it, please help me to better assist you by taking pictures before opening it. If the artwork itself is damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt at mary@marykoziol.com.

Rights To Artwork And Images

Any artwork and images of artwork are the sole property of Mary Koziol and are held under copyright - even after purchase. Artwork and images may not be reproduced or used for personal or professional gain without written permission by the artist. Copying or reproducing my artwork is prohibited.

Purchasing a piece of artwork gives you the rights to display the piece in your home or workplace, but I, as the artist, still hold the copyright. I maintain the right to make prints of the original piece of art at any time.

Privacy And Security

Your privacy is very important. I do not share your information with any third parties.

Credit card data or other sensitive information is encrypted and transmitted to me securely through a Payment Processing System (Stripe or Paypal, depending on what you choose at checkout). I do not receive your credit card number or store any financial information.
