36”x48” original mixed media painting

“Down From The Mountain” is a beautifully layered original acrylic/mixed media painting. It was created on a 36”x48” gallery wrapped canvas that is 1.5” deep. The edges are painted white to give it a crisp, finished look.

I’ve filled this painting with so many interesting details. It’s compelling from a distance, but when you get closer, the surprises appear. I’ve tried to capture many of them in the photos. Adding unique patterns, layers, linework, and color play are some of my favorite parts of creating a painting and I’ve combined all of it in this big beautiful piece of art.

It’s ready for you to hang on your wall. It has easy to hang hardware (adjustable Wall Buddies hangers) installed on the back and has small clear bumpers to keep it from moving around once you have hung it.
