12x12 inch original mixed media painting

“Listening" is 12x12 inches on cradled wood panel. This painting was created using several different mediums. I love the layering that happens when different things like paint, graphite, and colored pencil come together. In this piece I’ve also used a bit of an old receipt that was found in an old building in California. Just a bit of the writing peeks through the paint.
